Who we are
On Retention VOF, the Netherlands. Questions about your data go to info@on-retention.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this site: your name, email address, website, WhatsApp number (if you give it), email platform, revenue band and your message.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
Why we use it
To answer your application. That request is also our legal basis: you ask us to take a step before a possible agreement.
We do not add you to a newsletter or a sales sequence.
Who handles it for us
The form goes straight to our own Google Workspace account, which emails it to us and keeps it in a spreadsheet in that account. Cloudflare hosts this site and, like any host, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and keep it secure.
Google may process data outside the European Union.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in touch. If it does not lead to working together, we delete your request within 12 months, from our inbox and from the spreadsheet.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time through info@on-retention.com.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
